They want my payment information again. They're charging me to solve this problem that they created. I need to speak to a real person and I don't want to resubmit any more information without speaking to a human being.

Placed an order on 4/23/25 for $82.66 and have not received it. I looked on Azzlee's website at my orders, and it says 'no orders placed.' I either want my order or a refund immediately.

I WAS VERY CONCERNED THAT I WILL BE CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NEWS FROM THE COMPANIED NO TRACKING NUMBER I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO KNOW WHEN MY DRESSED WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED AND FINALLY MY MESSAGE WHEN TO MY BOX HOW DO I KNOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE SEND TO MY EMAIL WELL I JUST DON'T LIKE THE DRESSED AND IT COST AS MUCH FOR THE DRESSED THAN IF I WILL KEEP THE DRESSED THAT I WILL NEVER WEAR, I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM AZZLEE.

Can’t contact them
I ordered 4 tops, a dress, and pants. Nothing fits!
I have tried to contact them to no avail. I finally contacted my credit card company and put a dispute in with this company to get my money back.
They are a scam company, and be wise and do not buy from them. They want $1 to speak to someone!

They advertise very clearly what their returns policy is and I have followed it precisely. They have not contacted me.

Horrible company
I need to return items I purchased and to talk to someone I need to pay $1. If I cant talk to someone I will dispute charges with my CC company because this is the worst experience I have ever had with online purchasing!

Same as above,no return tag. Also product does not look the same,as in photos.
And when product is shipped, there should be some information, from somewhere. So we can help ourselves with returns or exchanges.

I did not order the shirts they sent me
I ordered clothes and 3 are not what I ordered at all they are cheap. They just sent me what ever they wanted too.
I see that this happens to lots of people and they dont get there money back. I want a full return!!
