I give this company 0 stars.

It took nearly 4 weeks for the order to arrive.very poor quality. You cannot speak to anybody, only email available. Rather than going through the process of returning items, which I believe its almost impossible, I am giving the items to Charity.

Pants are pink, not khaki as the label says. There is a fee for getting a refund. No receipt provided, nor information about how to return.

I have never had as much trouble returning an item with any other company. They have made returns as difficult as possible. I still have not been able to return my item which does not fit me.

I am upset. Why do I fall for these sites who offer the consumer poor quality items. I can not get past the chat person from Azzlee to give instructions on returns instead they want to send you to a link called JustAnswer for a fee of an additional $5 to help resolve. You think you are communicating with Azzlee but turns out you are not because they ask you if you have contacted the seller? Hello, I went by the contact information for Azzlee on Google. Azzlee does not provide an actual contact number.

This is a very bad company. I took a leap and ordered 100+ dollars worth of merchandise.

I wanted to return a lot of the oder due to size issues. Be aware there is a 30 day window for returns. They went back and forth negotiating return options. Then they stopped answering my email in a timely manner.

I really felt that they were trying to run out the clock on the 30 days. I told them that I was going to return all of the items and that I expected a full refund. I mailed the items, at my expense, to their SC office. They signed for the package and a few days later said they could not accept returns there.

I did not receive the items and I am still out the 100+ dollars and shipping cost. Be careful
