Wrong item sent. You expect me to pay to return it but it was YOURDon't fault.
Fine but I have to take pictures to send you and don't know how. I am an older person who has a lot of trouble trying to use cell phones.
This is the worst problem I've had with ANY company. Should be ashamed of yourself & working for such a bad company.

If there was a poorer rating I woud have used it. I never received a refund for the return of an item. and I did get notified that the item was received. I tried to deal with as many service people

Speedx emailed that they disposed of my Azzle package...it should have been returned to Azzlee!! I gavevcorrect addressbto them and they refused to redeliver.

I have 30 days to return. Recived 9/28/25. Today is 10/1/25. they hide behind some company that asks you to pay 5$ to get a return form or label.
In small print under where they want your credit card information it says they,ll charge your card 40$ a month for using this service. this is unacceptable
